GREEN BAY − The Green Bay Packers don't have a first-round pick entering the 2026 NFL draft, so the list of college players they're bringing in for official visits doesn't include a lot of big names.

But the Packers have used their allotted 30 visits on all kinds of players over the years, so it's likely a few they bring in this year will wind up being drafted or signed as free agents.

Sometimes the visits are requested so the team can gather more information on an injury and sometimes it's so the team can spend more time than it did with a prospect at an all-star game or the NFL scouting combine.

Teams also are allowed to meet with players via video, which means just because they didn't invite someone for a top-30 visit doesn't mean they're not interested in a player.

Last year, for instance, they brought in eventual first-round pick Matthew Golden, second-round pick Anthony Belton and seventh-round picks Micah Robinson and John Williams.

The year prior, linebackers Edgerrin Cooper and Ty’Ron Hopper, and safety Kitan Oladapo were among those who took pre-draft visits to the Packers. The last top-30 visit who became a first-round pick before Golden was defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt in 2022.

Here is a look at the players the Journal Sentinel was able to confirm had made visits or were scheduled to make visits before the draft, with links to profiles on them:

Jacob Thomas, cornerback, James Madison

Height: 6-0½.

Weight: 215 pounds

40-yard dash: 4.45 seconds

Vertical jump: 36½ inches

Notable: Walk-on who had five interceptions, 21 pass break-ups, 13 tackles for loss and one forced fumble over four seasons.

Kaleb Procter, defensive tackle, Southeastern Louisiana

Height: 6-2

Weight: 291 pounds

40-yard dash: 4.79 seconds

Vertical jump: 33 inches

Notable: Hit his stride during his senior year when he produced nine sacks and a recorded 39 pressures. Had two sacks and three tackles for loss against LSU.

Height: 6-1

Weight: 223 pounds

40-yard dash: 4.33 seconds

Vertical jump: 39 inches

Notable: After transferring to Arkansas for his senior season, Washington had 167 carries for 1,070 yards (6.4 average) and eight touchdowns, and caught 28 passes for 226 yards (8.1 average) and a touchdown. He had 16 plays of 20 or more yards.

Anthony Smith, wide receiver, East Carolina

Height: 6-2

Weight: 197 pounds

40-yard dash: 4.45 seconds

Vertical jump: 36 inches

Notable: In 2025, he caught passes of 72, 66, 50, 49, 41 and 31 yards. The year prior, he had catches of 64, 53, 50, 47, 42, 39 and 31 yards.

Notable: Former Georgetown safety earned first-team all-Sun Belt honors at Louisiana after recording 125 tackles and four sacks in his final season.

Ted Hurst, wide receiver, Georgia State

Height: 6-4.

Weight: 208 pounds

40-yard dash: 4.42 seconds

Vertical jump: 36½ inches

Notable: A second-team selection in ’24 and a first-team selection in ’25, Hurst caught 127 passes for 1,965 yards and 15 touchdowns in his final two college seasons.

Weight: 193 pounds

Vertical jump: 42 inches

Notable: Finished with a school-record 35 pass breakups and nine interceptions over four seasons.

Weight: 329 pounds

Vertical jump: 33 inches

Notable: Dropped 20 pounds during the offseason to show teams he could be a mobile interior player and subsequently posted outstanding test numbers.

TJ Quinn, linebacker, Louisville

Height: 6-0

Weight: 225 pounds

40-yard dash: 4.53 seconds

Vertical jump: 33 inches

Notable: Was recruited as a safety but turned into a hybrid player who was used in a system where he could chase the ball. He led the Cardinals in tackles three consecutive years and had 15 tackles for loss overall.

Weight: 239 pounds

40-yard dash: 4.64 seconds

Vertical jump: 39 inches

Notable: Started out at Auburn, transferred to USC, moved to Georgia Tech and finished up at Texas Tech. Had 16½ sacks in his final three seasons, including 10 last year.

Lee Hunter, nose tackle, Texas Tech

Height: 6-3½

Weight: 318 pounds

40-yard dash: 5.18 seconds

Vertical jump: 21½ inches

Notable: After redshirting at Auburn, he played three seasons at Central Florida and then finished up at Texas Tech. As a senior, he was a third-team Associated Press All-American and first-team all-Big 12. In 14 starts, he had 41 tackles, 2½ sacks and a forced fumble.
