The rising senior for the Crimson Tide was indicted on four charges â two felonies and two misdemeanors â according to court documents obtained by The Tuscaloosa News.
Holloway is set to appear in the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court on Tuesday, June 16 for his arraignment, in which he will either plead guilty or not guilty to the following charges: first-degree possession of marijuana, failure to affix a tax stamp, illegal possession of a prescription and possession/use of drug paraphernalia.

In a statement from his attorney Jason Neff, Holloway expressed a desire to return to Alabama basketball depending on the outcome of his case. He averaged 16.8 points per game and was the team's lead three-point shooter before his arrest on the morning of Monday, March 16.
