14 players with best odds to be Rams' pick at 13: Fano leads with 22% chance

Sean McVay is confident the Los Angeles Rams will land a quality player with the 13th overall pick, saying as much during the annual league meetings two weeks ago. Drafting so close to the top makes that likely, especially given Los Angeles’ ability to find impactful rookies across all seven rounds.
They have a good idea of which players will be there when they go on the clock, but who are their likeliest targets? ESPN Analytics attempted to predict which players have the best chance to be drafted by the Rams at No. 13, assigning odds to 14 different prospects.
Looking at the chart, one prospect clearly stands above the rest in ESPN’s eyes: Utah tackle Spence Fano. ESPN believes he has about a 22% chance to be drafted by the Rams at No. 13, with the next-closest player being Makai Lemon (14%).
Here's the full list of players and their estimated odds based on ESPN's chart. As you can see, there are only four players with better than a 10% chance of being drafted by the Rams at No. 13, and two of them are offensive tackles.

The players at the bottom of the chart are there for different reasons. In Mansoor Delane's case, he's simply not very likely to be available for the Rams at No. 13. Meanwhile, Simpson only has a 1% chance of being picked by Los Angeles because he's projected to go later than 13th overall. Carnell Tate is in Delane's boat as a player who's probably not going to be there.
These odds have changed already and will inevitably change again based on the latest draft projections, so they have to be taken with a grain of salt. And it's not as if ESPN's analytics department has inside knowledge of what the Rams' plans are.
