The 6-foot-1, 190-pound prospect is from The St. James Academy in Springfield, Virginia. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 22 safety in 2027 and No. 4 player in Virginia.
Tennessee offered Sullivan a scholarship on Feb. 12, 2025. He will officially visit the Vols on June 5.
West Virginia was the first school to offer Sullivan a scholarship on Dec. 23, 2024.
