Jack Endries offers balance. He can contribute as both a pass-catcher and a blocker. He can line up in multiple spots, and though he may not dominate in one area, he does enough across the board to project as a useful chess piece.
One-year deals for Goedert and Calcaterra are concerning. Again, it may be time to find succession plans and new energy. Despite this being one of the Eagles' more crowded position groups, it may also be one of the least settled long-term, and if Philadelphia has proven anything, it's that they'd rather find the answer early than be forced to search for one later.
