APPLETON - The Papermakers scored three runs in the seventh inning to break a 1-1 deadlock in their Fox Valley Association win over the Lightning.
The win improves Kimberly to 12-1 in conference play and 15-1 overall. Appleton North falls to 7-6 in the FVA and 11-7 overall.
Kimberly, which finished with eight hits, got two hits from Ryan Halfmann with Maddux Hermus driving in two runs.
Bryce Mischler pitched a complete game for Kimberly, allowing one run on six hits and one walk. He struck out six.

APPLETON - The Ghosts scored seven runs in the second inning and 12 in the third in their win over the Terrors.
Kaukauna finished with 18 hits but also took advantage of six Appleton West errors.
Bron Schaefer and Brayden Jenkins each collected three hits for Kaukauna. Dylan Lotzer, Taron Seghers, Paxton Schuh and Bennett Geitner each collected multiple hits for Kaukauna.
Jenkins pitched the first four innings for Kaukauna and got the win.
Appleton West finished with four hits.

NEW LONDON - The Bluejays scored three runs in the first, third and fourth innings and one in the fifth as they outlasted the Bulldogs in Bay Conference play.
Menasha outhit New London 10-8.
The Bulldogs scored one run in the first and one in the fourth.
Leading the Bluejaysâ offense were Haylee Stobb and Meghan Reh with three hits each, and Bella Sonnenberg with two. Among Stobbâs hits was a home run as she also drove in four runs.
Bristol Elsholtz, Ellie Winkelman and Laine Fiane had two hits each for New London. One of Winkelmanâs hits was a double.
St. Mary Catholic 2, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah 1
ELKHART LAKE - The Zephyrs plated two runs in the top of the first inning and made them stand up en route to the Big East Conference victory.
Paxtyn Trinkner pitched 5â innings for the win. She allowed four hits, one run, walked five and struck out four. Gabby Guerrero pitched 1â innings for the save. She didnât allow a hit, walked one and struck out one.
Emmi Weiss had a hit, an RBI and scored a run for SMC. Scarlett Reichenbacher also had a hit and an RBI. Weiss and Reichenbacher both had RBI singles in the first inning.
Alyssa Lukich had two hits for Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah, which scored in the third inning on an RBI triple by Delaney Maranell to score Lukich.
Chilton 3, Valders 2
VALDERS - The Tigers scored two runs in the sixth inning to pull out the Eastern Wisconsin Conference win.
Chilton took a 1-0 lead in the top of the fourth, but the Vikings responded with two in the bottom of the frame.
Mya McGinnis was 2-for-3, while Olivia Hoefner drove in two runs to help power the Tigers.
Lauren Roehrig earned the win in the circle, pitching seven innings and allowing eight hits, two earned runs and two walks while striking out nine.
New Holstein 7, Brillion 5
NEW HOLSTEIN - The Huskies broke open a tie game with one run in the fifth inning and one in the sixth en route to the Eastern Wisconsin Conference win.
New Holstein led 1-0 after one, 3-2 after three and 5-3 after four. The Lions tied the game at 5-5 with two runs in the top of the fifth, setting up the Huskiesâ late heroics.
New Holstein outhit Brillion 15-8.
Carter Miller led the Lions with three hits, including a home run and two RBIs. Kara Hedrich was 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Amherst 5, Manawa 2
MANAWA - The Falcons scored four runs in the fourth inning and one in the fifth en route to the Central Wisconsin Conference win.
The Wolves scored both of their runs in the sixth.
Izzy Losinski helped pace the Amherst attack with a double and two RBIs, while Ava Dambroski added one double.
Sam Nooyen earned the win, pitching seven innings and allowing four hits, two earned runs and one walk while striking out 13.
Callie Pethke and Alexis Ferg both had an RBI for Manawa.
Olivia Zielke took the loss despite a solid effort. She pitched seven innings, allowing four hits, five unearned runs and one walk while striking out 10.

KIMBERLY - The Papermakers got two goals from both Kennedy Ebben and Emily Urban in the win over the Wildcats.
Katie Owens had two assists for Kimberly, while Skyler Brey had one assist.
Bee Brockert had five saves in goal for Kimberly, which improves to 13-1 overall and 6-0 in the Fox Valley Association.
Menasha 8, New London 2
NEW LONDON - Emma Hanagen scored three goals and Mariana Miller had two in leading the Bluejays to the win over the Bulldogs.
Keira Randall, Sophia Sierra and Kasadee Vaubel also scored goals for Menasha.
Sierra had two assists for Menasha. Randall had one assist.
Madison Mulder had four saves in goal for Menasha, which took a 3-1 lead in the first half.
