FC Barcelona are tracking the attackers’ market very closely heading into the summer transfer window, with at least two new signings expected in the department.
Indeed, the Blaugrana wish to bring in a top centre-forward with Robert Lewandowski expected to depart, while a left-winger is also on the agenda.
Names like Julian Alvarez (Atletico Madrid) and Joao Pedro (Chelsea) have been mentioned as targets, but the Catalans are keeping an eye on other options as well.
In that context, the Daily Mail reports that Barcelona have now become the latest top club in Europe to enter the race for AFC Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi.
Having come through the ranks at in France, the 19-year-old striker, who can also play on the left, arrived at Bournemouth last summer.
Barcelona is exploring various options for a 19-year-old forward, but specific names have not been confirmed in the article.

Given his fine start to life in the Premier League, top teams like Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United have all taken an interest in Kroupi.
Now, according to the report, Barça, too, have thrown their hat in the ring for the France U21 international’s signing.
It must be noted that the Catalans were interested in the teenager back in 2024.
Kroupi has a contract with Bournemouth until 2030, and the Cherries are naturally reluctant to let go of the youngster.
However, with the club set to bring in a new manager and new sporting director at the end of the season, a sale could be possible for the right offer.
For now, Kroupi is another option that Barcelona are tracking but there is nothing to say that the interest in the teenage striker is concrete.
