Bayern Munich has identified Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon as their preferred candidate for a summer transfer and has already held talks with him. The club aims to strengthen their left wing position, but has not yet contacted Newcastle United.

According to a report from Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg, Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon is Bayern Munichās āpreferred candidateā for a summer transfer as the club seeks to bolster the left wing position.
Interestingly, Plettenberg is also reporting that Bayern Munich has already held talks with Gordon, but not with Newcastle United as of yet:

There could be a substantial fee attached to Gordon, whose contract does not expire until 2030, so the viability of a move is somewhat in doubt. However, Bayern Munich is reportedly ready to spend as much ā¬80 million total on the left wing and right back positions this summer.
The 25-year-old has 17 goals and five assists in 46 goals across all competition for the Magpies this season.
