The most notable player of the bunch is Scotty Miller, who spent four seasons with the Buccaneers from 2019 to 2022 and won a Super Bowl with them in his single season in the NFL. He has since had stints as a backup with the Falcons and Steelers, catching nine passes for 62 yards in Pittsburgh in 2025. As noted by the Bearsā official website, both Miller and Jon Rhattigan were brought in as veterans during Chicagoās rookie minicamp. Rhattigan is an incoming sixth-year veteran who grew up in the Chicago area and went to Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville.
Hudson is an undrafted free agent who spent four years at USC, overlapping with Bears starting quarterback Caleb Williams on the Trojans from 2022-23. He redshirted in 2021 and also played there in 2024 before transferring to Penn State for his redshirt senior year in 2025, catching 23 passes for 288 yards and two touchdowns. He ranked No. 294 among 370 qualified FBS wide receivers in .

Matthews most notably had 135 tackles, 9.5 tackles for a loss, and 3.0 sacks with Old Dominion in 2023. He served in a rotational role for Michigan State in 2024 but made his way back into the starting lineup in 2025, tallying 73 tackles and 4.5 tackles for a loss as an honorable mention All-Big Ten performer. White, who originally signed with the Bears as an undrafted free agent after the 2026 NFL Draft, spent three years at Tennessee and combined for 131 catches for 1,665 yards and six touchdowns in that time. He transferred to Florida State in 2025, but he only had five catches for 52 yards in 10 games. It appears he has quickly retired from the NFL coming out of rookie minicamp.
