The Atlanta Braves have gotten off to a strong start to the season, having a firm grip on the top spot in the National League East, sitting nine games above the second-place Philadelphia Phillies.
An impressive thing to note about the Braves’ success so far is that they’ve had to do it while not being at full power, given the likes of Ronald Acuna Jr and Ha-Seong Kim have missed time throughout the campaign. The Braves’ front office will be wanting their shortstop to get producing, given the one-year, $20 million contract they rewarded him with in the offseason.
The Braves' next match will come against the Cubs on Wednesday night, with first pitch slated for 7:15 p.m. EST.
