The NFL schedule release is set for Thursday evening, with a ton of games leaked already, including the Cleveland Browns two games in New York and Week 1’s opponent. There are a lot of ways to evaluate a schedule, including strength of schedule measurements, travel distance, amount of rest, and more. Whether they matter or not is a question that fans will always argue about.
We asked fans what month of the season they like to attend games at the Browns stadium. With the dome incoming, that won’t be that important moving forward. For the next few seasons, fans are hoping for a lot of September and October home games based on our polling.
So far, 63% voted for October games, with 29% voting for September. Beautiful and warm weather, along with the hope that the team will be good, are all draws for the fanbase. No one was that interested in December games. Obviously, some of that could change if/when Cleveland has a winning team.
