Philadelphia 76ers point guard Tyrese Maxey is one of the best players in basketball. A two-time AllStar, he led the NBA in minutes per game this year while averaging a career-high 28.3 points per game, stepping up without Joel Embiid and Paul George for much of the season.

"The way he can get downhill. He's super fast," Hauser said. "He's a really good player, obviously, getting close to 30 per game. What makes him really good is he's super fast and he can stop on a dime. That's hard to guard. He creates a lot for their team."
Hauser added that the Celtics' goal is to slow him down and make him work as much as possible. He's going to score, but Boston wants to make it hard on him.
Maxey averaged exactly 30 points per game against the Celtics this year, helping Philadelphia go 2-2 against them. The Sixers will need a similar level of production, if not more, if they want to keep up with Boston in this series.
