Cowboys have one goal with potential first-round trade

A potential trade-up candidate in the eyes of some front office executives is the Cowboys. They have two first-round picks — though they are said to want to hold onto pick No. 20 — and needs for a big-time defensive player. There has been a lot of spaghetti thrown at walls in suggesting that Dallas could package 12 and 20 to someone like the Cleveland Browns in exchange for picks 6 and 39. That would leave Dallas without multiple first-round picks, obviously, though. It is hard to figure out how Dallas could move up without giving up 20. They don’t have a second-round pick to add on to anything. They do have a third-rounder that they got in exchange for the Osa Odighizuwa trade, though. That is number 92 overall. Do you think this can be done?
