Starting from May 2, double-headers will no longer be played on Saturdays. On the first Saturday of May 2026, IPL giants Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians are all set to lock horns at the M.A Chidambaram Stadium, Chepaul in Chennai.
In their last encounter at the Wankhede Stadium earlier this month, CSK picked up a dominating win as they handed MI a 103-run loss, the biggest defeat in the franchise's history.
The double-header games are usually scheduled on weekends, and mostly on Sundays.
