In addition to playing the Chiefs on MNF in Week 1, Denver will host the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football in Week 3, host the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday Night Football in Week 6, face the Pittsburgh Steelers on Black Friday in Week 12 and host the Buffalo Bills on Christmas Day in Week 16. Denver has an absolutely brutal start to the schedule with three prime-time games in the first six weeks, with all six of those games coming against playoff contenders. First, the Broncos will go on the road to face the Chiefs, then they will return home to host the Jaguars (who won 34-20 in Denver last year), then they'll host the Rams on SNF, then they have a road game against the Chargers, then they'll host the defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks on TNF on a short week. That would be a tough six-game stretch for any NFL team.
Denver will close out the 2026 season at home against the Chargers in Week 18. Depending on how the first 17 weeks go, that matchup could have big AFC West and/or playoff seeding implications for both teams.
