Detroit Lions to host Chicago Bears on Thanksgiving

May 14 (UPI) -- The Detroit Lions will host the Chicago Bears on Thanksgiving at Ford Field, the NFL said Thursday.

Kickoff is for the Week 12 meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. EDT Nov. 26 in Detroit. The 21st Thanksgiving matchup between the NFC North division rivals will air on CBS.

The NFL announced earlier this week that the Dallas Cowboys will host the Philadelphia Eagles in another Thanksgiving game. That NFC East division meeting will kick off at 4:30 p.m. in Arlington, Texas and air on Fox.

The matchup for the final time slot on Thanksgiving night has yet to be announced.

The league said Wednesday that the Los Angeles Rams will host the Green Bay Packers in an inaugural Thanksgiving Eve game at 8 p.m. Nov. 25. That matchup will air on Netflix.

All 272 regular-season matchups for the 2026 NFL campaign will air at 8 p.m. Thursday on ESPN and NFL Network.
