This news comes after the Eagles and Rams held extensive trade talks regarding Brown, which did not result in a deal. Since then, the Eagles have signed Hollywood Brown on March 17, signed Elijah Moore on March 24, and traded for Dontayvion Wicks on April 10. The added receiver depth gives the Eagles more flexibility.
