Florida State has offered a scholarship to offensive lineman Tristan Hardin Roberts from Alabama as part of their 2027 recruiting efforts. This marks FSU's ongoing pursuit to strengthen their offensive line after securing six commitments.
Florida State isn't slowing down its efforts to bolster its 2027 recruiting class that already has six commitments. One area they haven't landed a pledge in is on the offensive line.
The Seminoles have gone out to the state of Alabama to find this particular target. Per his social media, Tristan Hardin Roberts announced that FSU has extended him an offer.
"At the great conversation with @CoachHand I am blessed to receive an offer from @FSUFootball," Roberts said.
Offensive line coach Herb Hand has shown the ability to retool his unit through the transfer portal. However, he's still looking to land his first big haul of signees on the recruiting trail since joining the Seminoles, and the 6-foot-5, 295-pounder is now one of several targets.
Roberts has around 15 offers on the table, as programs like West Virginia, Tulane, UAB, South Alabama, Georgia State, and others have shown interest. He's not a ranked prospect at the moment.
