Megan Schofill reached an important milestone Sunday.
The former Auburn standout earned her first career Epson Tour victory, capturing the Carlisle Arizona Women’s Golf Classic at TPC Scottsdale on May 3.
Schofill, a Monticello native and three‑time All‑Big Bend Player of the Year, finished at 11‑under‑par 273 to win by one stroke.
The 2023 U.S. Women’s Amateur Champion opened the four‑day event with a 4‑under 67 on Thursday, followed by rounds of even‑par 71, 5‑under 66 and 2‑under 69. The 2024 Auburn graduate carded seven birdies in the third round to take a two‑stroke lead into Sunday.
On the final day, Schofill made the turn at even par before delivering back‑to‑back birdies on holes 12 and 13 to regain momentum.
“I made a really nice par on 11, and then a great birdie on 12 that kind of put the momentum in my favor,” Schofill told EpsonTour.com. “I started hitting some really good shots, and the long putt I made on 15 really propelled me. After 11, I felt like if I kept playing well, I’d have a chance to win.”

With the win, the 24-year-old earned $60,000 and helped her move to second in the overall 2026 Epson Tour standings.
The Epson Tour is the official qualifying tour of the LPGA, where players earn LPGA Tour membership through the Epson Tour's Race for the Card. Fifteen LPGA cards will be distributed to the top point earners each season.
As a rookie in 2025, Schofill made 17 starts and recorded 14 cuts and three top-10 finishes. In 2026, she has made five starts, making four cuts with two top-10 finishes.
Players and the Epson Tour, continue their West Coast stretch as they head to Las Vegas, Nevada, to tee it up at the Reliance Matrix Championship starting on Thursday, May 7th.
