As the veteran guard prepares for the next chapter of his basketball career, he is not in unfamiliar territory. He spent his first two seasons with St. John's before transferring to Texas. As a Red Storm, Wilcher shows signs of promise, averaging a career-high eight points and 1.9 rebounds per game during the 2024-2025 campaign. Starting over is something he has done before, and with Seton Hall, Wilcher should be able to get more playing time.
Coming out of high school, Wilcher was highly regarded by scouts. He was ranked No. 36 overall player and No. 6 shooting guard in the 2023 class by the Rivals Industry Rankings. If he can live up to those expectations, Seton Hall will get a boost as they look to make a deep tournament run next March.

Wilcher is now part of a Seton Hall team that finished the 2025-2026 campaign with a 21-12 overall record. They missed the NCA Tournament for the fourth year, but played good basketball and provided hope that brighter days are ahead. Now Wilcher will be an important piece of keeping that momentum going.
