Former Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore faced misdemeanor charges for trespassing and malicious use of a telecom device related to an alleged stalking case involving Paige Shiver. The stunning allegations involving former Michigan football head coach Sherrone Moore took another major turn Tuesday ahead of his court sentencing.
In March, the former college football coach pleaded no contest in his case involving a former Wolverines staffer Paige Shiver. Mooreās misdemeanor charges included trespassing and malicious use of a telecom device.

However, the situation that transpired leading up to his dismissal captivated the entire college football scene.
Shiver accused Moore of trespassing and following the ex-Wolverines worker to her home. That led to police being called and Moore allegedly threatening to kill himself after blaming Shiver following their affair.
Moore-Shiver affair drama takes another wild turn
However, a March development indicates that felony charges against Moore have been dropped by a Michigan judge. The presiding judge reportedly ruled that there is insufficient evidence pointing towards Moore stalking his mistress.
Meanwhile, further drama ensued after indicating that cops withheld evidence in the case and that Moore may have been set up in the stalking allegations.
Moore is back in court Tuesday in order to learn his potential sentencing for his alleged actions. The maximum sentencing for the two misdemeanors is six months in jail, per the Associated Press.
Shiver supposedly ended the affair between her and Moore prior to going to Michigan officials and revealing the situation last fall. The Wolverines athletic department announced the firing of the 40 year old prior to the teamās Jan. 1 Cheez-It Citrus Bowl loss against Texas.
Moore took over the job at Michigan when Jim Harbaugh left his alma mater in order to return to the NFL. The Los Angeles Chargersā move for Harbaugh helped pave the way for Moore to become the next coach.
However, the Wolverines are now moving forward with former Utah coach Kyle Whittingham after a 20-year career with the Utes.
