Former Notre Dame wide receiver Jayden Harrison has signed with the CFL's Winnipeg Blue Bombers after going undrafted in the NFL. He is known for a memorable 98-yard kickoff return in the 2025 Sugar Bowl.
Not every former Notre Dame football player will continue their career in the NFL, but that doesnât mean their playing days are over.
Wide receiver Jayden Harrison wasnât picked up by an NFL team following the draft, but he will get another opportunity with a different professional league, the CFL. According to BGMSportsTrax.com, the 5-foot, 10-inch pass catcher has signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers after not playing during the 2025 season.
Harrison will always be remembered for his 98-yard kickoff return against the Georgia Bulldogs in the 2025 Sugar Bowl, helping the Irish make the College Football Playoff championship game. While he long caught 19-receptions for 211-yards and a score, his special teams spark will always endear Notre Dame fans.
We wish Harrison the best of luck as he tries to continue his professional career in the CFL.
