Daisy Jeanes and Megan McColl hit centuries as Glamorgan's record team total of 354-7 saw them hold on for a 40-run victory over Kent at Beckenham.
Opener Jeanes made 110 while Scotland international McColl, batting at six and making only her second Glamorgan appearance, went one run better.
But Kent made a strong effort with 89 from opener Coco Streets and a rapid 70 from Elsa Barnfather keeping them interested.
They were finally bowled out for 314 with Katy Cobb (3-49) claiming late wickets.
It was a fourth straight win in the One Day Cup for Glamorgan, who are set to move up to Tier One in 2027.
Jeanes got Glamorgan going quickly after a rare failure for Lauren Parfitt, adding 51 with Bethan Ellis (26), 55 with Megan Sturge (21) and 68 with McColl.
Izzy James (3-68) caused a brief wobble but Jeanes hit 13 fours and two sixes, facing just 84 balls for her runs.
She was fifth out in the 30th over but McColl took up the cudgels and reached her own century as Glamorgan piled on late runs, Blaze loan player Amy Wheeler hitting 42 off 30 in an unbeaten partnership of 93 in the last 10.2 overs.
Streets got Kent off to a flying start, adding 73 with Kelly Castle (32) for the second wicket.
But Kent did not give up when Streets was fourth out at 170-4, having struck eight boundaries.
Barnfather hit four sixes in a dramatic 39-ball blitz and shared the biggest partnership of the innings of 104 with Lucy King (46 off 42) in just 11 overs.
Kent could not quite catch up with a demanding run-rate as King was run out and Barnfather was bowled by Wheeler.
Glamorgan scored 354 runs, while Kent finished with 314 runs.
Daisy Jeanes scored 110 runs and McColl contributed 111 not out.
Kent's Streets scored 89 runs and Barnfather added 70 runs, but the team fell short.
