LeBron James looks certain to focus on golf once he retires from basketball, with the American already spending plenty of time on the course.
James is currently starring for the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association (NBA), but heās seemingly planning for life in retirement.
And golf could take up the majority of his time, with the 41-year-old clearly a big fan of playing and watching the sport.
James was spotted struggling with his golf swing recently, but many fans have now noticed an improvement from the NBA legend.
James shared footage of himself playing the 502-yard par-five at MountainGate Country Club (South) in Los Angeles, and impressed many golf fans with his improvement.
One wrote on X: āLeBron James is now a golf influencer! The allure of being an Instagram star is too great. Even a billionaire NBA legend canāt resist. Props on the golf swing. Itās improved very quickly. Heās going to be playing a lot in retirement! (If and when).ā
And many others were in agreement, commenting: āHeās improved a lot,ā āGetting better kingā and āItās definitely getting better.ā
Other excited fans said: āGolf swing got wayyyyy betterā and āImpressive. Once heās done playing, this will be a LOT better.ā
And many others concurred, saying: āWild to think he just started playing last year. Already better than 80% of the internet,ā and āSwing has potentialā¦ā
Further positivity arrived from others who noted: āHeās got untapped potential. A competent instructor could have him hitting it 350 easy,ā and āWhen he actually swings with his full range of motion he is going to kill the ball.ā

There are certainly encouraging signs for James, who recorded a par while filming his content at MountainGate Country Club.
After holing his putt, the NBA veteran commented on his Instagram video: āPar it is. Wanted a birdie.ā
Despite his disappointment, his efforts have certainly caught the eye of many sports stars.
PGA Tour ace Min Woo Lee commented on his social media post: āLeFades,ā while Grant Horvat wrote: āYouTube channel coming soon.ā
And his fellow NBA superstar and avid golfer Steph Curry commented: āNo stress pars all day erryday.ā
