The Pattaya-based knockout machine takes on reigning ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion āThe Kicking Machineā Superlek in a high-stakes bantamweight Muay Thai bout at The Inner Circle on Friday, May 15. The blockbuster event streams exclusively for members in Asia primetime from the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on live.onefc.com.
Dayakaev arrives at this contest with plenty to fight for. The 24-year-old Team Mehdi Zatout representative carries an 8-2 ONE record built on a solid foundation of razor-sharp combinations and an aggressive pressure-fighting style that has turned him into one of the divisionās deadliest finishers.
His most recent outing ended in a tough knockout loss to Rambolek Chor Ajalaboon this past January. Rambolek then went on to defeat Nabil Anane to capture the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title in his very next bout.
That result has fiercely fueled rather than discouraged the Russian striker, and there is absolutely nothing accidental about the opponent he chose to make his ultimate statement against.
He said:
āIāve prepared very well, and Iām more than ready for this fight. The reason I called him out is because heās ranked number one. Thereās no other reason. Right now, I believe heās the best fighter out there.ā
Superlek is a 30-year-old Buriram native with a staggering 139 career wins, a 15-3 ONE slate, and spectacular victories over some of the striking artsā most decorated names.

The former ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion and reigning flyweight kickboxing king has never been knocked out in his promotional career and is widely regarded as one of the finest pound-for-pound strikers of his generation. He arrives at this fight having candidly acknowledged that 2025 was a difficult year for him, both personally and professionally.
However, Dayakaev is not interested in the version of Superlek that struggled. He has meticulously prepared for the very best the Thai legend is capable of producing.
āSmash Boyā explained:
āI prepared myself to face the best version of Superlek. Whether he has internal injuries or is trying to hide something, I donāt care. Iāve prepared for everything.ā
What gives Dayakaev his supreme confidence heading into May 15 is not just his grueling preparation, but his absolute belief that Superlek has simply never encountered anyone with the kind of crushing punching power he possesses.
There is one specific outcome Dayakaev has been chasing throughout his entire fight camp, and he firmly believes he has the tools to achieve what no ONE opponent has ever managed against āThe Kicking Machine.ā
The Russian said:
āIām confident I can knock him out because heās never faced a fighter like me before, and heās never faced anyone with punching power like mine. It can happen at any second, in any round. Iām always looking to finish him.ā
Abdulla Dayakaev is completely uninterested in what anyone outside his gym has to say about this fight.
The Russian knockout artist has heard the endless arguments about Superlekās technical brilliance and the suggestions that the Thai veteran carries no exploitable weaknesses.
None of it has altered his preparation by a single training session. While others have been talking, Dayakaev has been quietly working, and he believes that profound difference in focus will show as soon as the bell rings.
He said:
āIt doesnāt matter what anyone says. I know myself and I know how ready my body is. While he spends his time on Instagram or Facebook posting all the time, I donāt have time for that. I dedicate myself only to training and working hard for this fight.
āWe saw each other today, but he didnāt dare look me in the eyes.ā
A knockout of Superlek would be the defining win of the Russianās career to date, but his massive ambitions certainly do not stop there.
With Rambolek now wearing the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title, Dayakaev has a very specific next target in mind should he deliver the destructive performance he believes he is fully capable of on Friday.
The 24-year-old concluded:
āOf course, after this fight, I want a rematch with Rambolek. I believe I deserve that opportunity if I put on a good performance in this fight.ā
