Kaveh believes that former Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso should replace Rosenior as the next Chelsea head coach, despite the fact that he lost the Real Madrid dressing room and was forced out of there by the players. Does that not represent a big risk for Chelsea?
I do think Alonso is the best of the names linked with Chelsea right now, but as with most managers actually, he has a history with players turning on him. Thatās a bit of a red flag, but one I could look past. Alonso would be my choice as well.

āThe person I would go for would be Xabi Alonso. I think just from the career heās had as a player, all the massive clubs heās played for, heās managed Real Madrid as well.
āHe was forced out by the Real Madrid dressing room, but itās different level of dressing room, even to Chelseaās, and I think he would immediately command the respect of the Chelsea players. And tactically, I think heād be brilliant.ā
