Gio Ardizzone, Roncalli
The Bellarmine commit is batting .542 with 12 RBIs, two doubles, one home run, 17 runs scored and 13 stolen bases. Ardizzone has a hit in six of seven games, has walked three times and struck out just twice.
Oliver Callahan, Purdue Poly Broad Ripple
Callahan is batting .714 (5-for-7) with three doubles, three RBIs and three stolen bases. On the mound, Callahan struck out 15 against Anderson Prep, allowing just one earned run on one hit.
Hudson DeVaughan, Mooresville
The Alabama commit showed his electric stuff, striking out 11 batters over no-hit innings against Martinsville.
Eli Hall, Noblesville
Hall has 21 strikeouts over three appearances for the Millers. He's averaging seven strikeouts per start, to go along with a 1.00 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and a 1-0 record.
Luke Hensley, Tri-West
Hensley has notched double-digit strikeouts in two of three starts this season. He struck out 10 over six one-hit innings in a win over Jennings County. He followed up that performance with 13 strikeouts over four innings against Triton Central. Through two weeks, Hensley is 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA and 29 strikeouts.
Beck Jordan, Westfield
The Wabash commit is batting .565 with 15 RBIs, four runs scored, one double, one triple and six stolen bases.
Austin Kelly, Indianapolis Kings
Kelly has helped the home school Kings get off to a 9-0 start including wins over Brebeuf Jesuit, Warren Central and Bishop Chatard. The senior is batting .581 with 19 RBIs, three doubles, one triple and 16 runs scored. On the mound, Kelly is 3-0 with a 2.10 ERA and nine strikeouts over 10 innings.
Eli Mason, Greenwood
Mason is batting .722 with 12 RBIs, three doubles, two home runs and two stolen bases. He has hits in five of six games, walking five times with zero strikeouts.
Jackson McDaniel, Perry Meridian
McDaniel started the season with back-back seven-inning starts for the Falcons. In wins over Columbus East and Decatur Central McDaniel allowed just one run over 14 innings with 18 strikeouts. On the season, McDaniel is 1-0 with a 1.24 ERA and 21 strikeouts over 17 innings.
Spencer Mohr, Hamilton Southeastern
Mohr is off to a 3-0 start for HSE. In three starts, Mohr has a 1.62 ERA and 21 strikeouts over 17â innings.
Aiden Pollock, Irvington Prep
Pollock is 2-2 with a 3.06 ERA and 37 strikeouts over 16 innings. At the plate, Pollock is .417 with one run scored.
Carter Strole, Fishers
The Central Michigan commit is batting .464 with 11 RBIs, 11 runs scored, five doubles, two home runs and eight stolen bases. On the mound, Strole is 1-2 with a 1.75 ERA and 12 strikeouts over 12 innings.
Beckett Suh, University
The Tulane commit is batting .467 with 14 RBIs, six doubles, three home runs, 11 runs scored and five stolen bases.
Ian Taylor, Guerin Catholic
The George Mason commit may be the hottest hitter in the state right now. Taylor is batting .632 with 13 RBIs, 13 runs scored, five home runs, one triple, one double and four stolen bases. Taylor has multiple hits in four of seven games, and at least one hit in six of seven games. Taylor hit two homers in games against Kouts and Heritage Christian.
