The No.1 overall pick's status since has been in some doubt, as she deals with a right knee injury.
Fudd, a standout sharpshooter at UConn, entered the WNBA as arguably the top prospect in her class. But her path to the starting lineup next to Paige Bueckers and Arike Ogunbowale looks like a steep one already -- and her knee injury isn't helping.
Fudd participated in the Wings' shootaround on Thursday at College Park Center, where Dallas will host Olivia Miles and the Minnesota Lynx at 7 p.m.

Fudd had been expected to play Tuesday against the Atlanta Dream, but she was surprisingly downgraded to out mere hours before tip-off. Dallas is playing it safe with Fudd, and Fernandez's noncommittal comments about her status for Thursday put her status into some doubt.
The Wings could use Fudd's shooting, though. Dallas shot just 4-of-26 from 3-point range in Tuesday's 77-72 loss to the Dream.
