The Golden State Warriors will look to extend their season with a victory over the Los Angeles Clippers in the NBA Play-In Tournament on Wednesday night.
The winner of the matchup will advance to face the Phoenix Suns in a do-or-die game for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference, while the loser's season will come to an end.
The good news for the Warriors is that star guard Steph Curry will be available for the game, with a catch.
Along with Al Horford and Kristaps Porzingis, Curry will be on a minutes restriction for the game against the Clippers. All three of those guys are expected to play less than 40 minutes in the contest.
Curry played in four regular season games at the end of the regular season after missing over two months of on-court action due to a knee injury. The Warriors are obviously still trying to err on the side of caution with their star guard and not play him too many minutes as he continues to round back into full form.
During the regular season, the Warriors lost three of four meetings with the Clippers, including the most recent matchup last weekend. Golden State's only victory over L.A. came way back in October.
