Jaylen Brown had a standout 2025-26 NBA season, averaging 28.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game. His performance has positioned him as a serious MVP candidate, helping the Boston Celtics achieve 56 wins and the second-best record in the Eastern Conference.

"True value takes form when the adversity hits," Brown wrote.
In other words, when the going gets tough, the tough get going.
Brown certainly proved that this year, leading the Celtics on a nightly basis and helping them remain at an elite level despite the Tatum injury and offseason departures. He claimed to be the best two-way player in basketball, doing it all on both ends of the floor.
This season was a test and a learning experience for Brown, who passed with flying colors. He evolved as a player, improving individually while also making his teammates better. He rose to the occasion and overcame the obstacles, authoring one of the best individual campaigns in franchise history.
