"Traveling from Las Vegas last night after visiting the Raiders, Black's connecting flight was canceled at Chicago O'Hare," NFL Network's Tom Pelissero tweeted. "So, he slept at the airport, and the Bengals sent an Uber to drive him early this morning to Cincinnati."
Earlier in the third round, the Bengals selected defensive back Tacario Davis of Washington.
