Both experts have Lemon falling all the way to pick 30 and ending up in Miami:

The Dolphins need all of the possible weapons that they can get for new potential franchise quarterback Malik Willis. Makai Lemon would be the best receiver in the Dolphins receiver room and Malik Willis' number 1 option on day 1.
The Dolphins upgrading both their defensive back room and receiver room by adding 2 top 15 prospects in this class would cement them as one of the biggest winners of the draft. Makai Lemon sliding would not be ideal for him, but landing with the Dolphins and being the guy would not be the worst-case scenario for him.
