As Manchester United prepare to face Chelsea on Saturday, Liam Rosenior has revealed a double boost for his side ahead of the meeting.
United will undoubtedly be keen to get back to winning ways when they make their way to Stamford Bridge this weekend, having failed to win their last two outings.
The Red Devils were held to a 2-2 draw by Bournemouth just before the international break, before then suffering a 2-1 loss to Leeds earlier this week. United remain in third place in the Premier League table, level on points with Aston Villa in fourth.
Chelsea sit in sixth, seven points adrift of United. A victory for United would not only get them closer to securing Champions League football but would also silence some of the growing noise around Michael Carrick and whether he is the right man for the job on a permanent basis.

On Thursday, Rosenior spoke to the media and revealed that Trevoh Chalobah and Enzo Fernandez are in contention to return for Chelsea vs. United.
He also ruled out Reece James and Levi Colwill, but indicated they’re not too far away from returning.
Rosenior said, “Chalobah trained today. Not quite fully, it was modified training. We will make a decision on him but he’s very, very close. Reece is a little bit further away.”
“Levi will play some minutes for the Under-21s tomorrow [Friday]. He’s an outstanding player and a leader in the dressing room.”
“When you have a long-term injury, to the extent of Levi’s injury, you need a long rehab period. I want to make sure he is 100 per cent right in terms of his match fitness, before we consider him for our first team.”
“I don’t ever tell you the starting XI. Enzo has been training and he’s been training very well. He’s been back with the group this week and has been fantastic. It’s business as usual, in terms of selection for the game.”
Carrick will hold his press conference on Friday, starting at 13:30 BST.
