On Tuesday evening at Anfield, PSG will face Liverpool in the Champions League quarterfinal second leg. The Reds believe more than ever in a comeback against the European champions.
Paris Saint-Germain is well on its way to qualifying for the Champions League semifinals once again. To do so, it will need to hold on to the advantage built in the first leg against Liverpool.
At the Parc des Princes, Luis Enrique's men had largely dominated the match but failed to extend their lead, winning by only two goals.
At Liverpool, the Reds will want to ignite the match in order to turn the tie around and attempt to qualify. If there is one player who believes in pulling off an upset on the English side, it is Dominik Szoboszlai.
Present at Monday's news conference, the Hungarian international issued a warning to PSG: "Tomorrow, it will not just be 11 players and their substitutes, it will be the entire stadium. Anfield will make the difference. We know what it feels like to play at Anfield with these supporters. If we eliminate PSG, will it be the greatest moment of my career? Without a doubt, one of the greatest comebacks of my career, especially with Liverpool, against Paris in the Champions League quarterfinals after being down 2-0. Yes, a memorable comeback."
"We are going to give 100% from the first to the last minute. For 125 minutes if needed. I am ready to die on the pitch tomorrow if necessary, as are all my teammates."
That much is clear for a Reds side that has only the Champions League left to play for this season. However, it would be wise not to get too carried away. PSG is accustomed to this kind of European away fixture. Last season, the capital club eliminated Liverpool at Anfield.
In any case, a great spectacle is expected on Merseyside.
