Start time for LSU baseball's series opener against Mississippi State has been moved up due to expected inclement weather Friday night in the Starkville area.
Both programs announced the shift in game time Thursday afternoon. Game one of the series between LSU (24-18. 6-12 SEC) and Mississippi State will start at 3 p.m. CT at Dudy Noble Field and can still be streamed on SEC Network+.
Originally the game was scheduled for 7 p.m. first pitch but game officials decided to bump up the start time due to the forecast.
