Manchester City show interest in Leverkusen prodigy
Ibrahim Maza has played his way into the spotlight of a number of Premier League clubs, including Manchester City, according to Sky Germany.
The German media outlet reports that the Citizens are showing concrete interest in the 20-year-old.
Maza is represented by the same agency as Manchester City forward Omar Marmoush, which could be an advantage for the Premier League side.
Since joining Die Werkself from Hertha BSC for a reported €12 million last summer, Maza has established himself as a regular starter in midfield.
So far, he has scored five goals and provided six assists in 38 competitive appearances for the Bundesliga side.
Ibrahim Maza is 20 years old and currently plays for Bayer Leverkusen.
If Manchester City successfully signs Ibrahim Maza, it could significantly elevate his career by providing him with opportunities in a top Premier League team.
