Having trailed 3-1 going into the fifth inning, Binghamton scored a pair of runs to even things up. But Somerset got back in front immediately with a run in the bottom of the inning, the Rumble Ponies didnât score the rest of the way, and the Patriots tacked on an insurance run in the seventh. Jonathan Santucci gave up four runs in five innings, but two of them were unearned. Despite the struggles of his teammates, Chris Suero had himself a night with a pair of hits, one of which was a home run, a pair of runs batted in, and a stolen base.
