Nuno Espirito Santo has insisted that Karren Bradyâs shock exit from West Ham will not have any impact on his job at hand, which is to deliver Premier League survival.
The Hammers announced on Monday that Brady is stepping down as vice-chair after 16 years in the role.
The departure of the 57-year-old Baroness comes with the club two points and one place above the Premier League relegation zone with five matches to play.
âItâs been a very supportive, good relationship, all the board being supportive through difficult times,â said Hammers boss Nuno.

Brady, widely recognised for her advisory position to Lord Sugar on the BBCâs The Apprentice, initially joined West Ham following David Gold and âs acquisition of the club. Her prior experience included serving as managing director at Birmingham after Sullivan had purchased that club.

Pressed as to whether he would like some clarity on the future make-up of the West Ham hierarchy, the Portuguese coach added: âThatâs up to the board.

After holding an open training session, Nuno has confirmed that he has no new injury concerns heading into the clash.
âYes, all the squad is available and good,â he said.
West Ham will have four league matches left to fight for survival after the Everton visit, which includes a home meeting with title-chasing Arsenal on 10 May and a potentially pivotal final day clash with Leeds on 24 May, who are now nine points clear of the drop zone after entering a rich vein of form.
