🚨 Official: Carlo Ancelotti extends with Brazil until 2030

The Brazilian Football Confederation and coach Carlo Ancelotti have renewed their contract for another four years, until the 2030 World Cup.

Ancelotti’s continuation as Brazil’s national team coach, the most successful team in the history of world football, reflects not only the CBF’s support for the work carried out by the coach, but also the trust he has earned from the squad and Brazilian fans since his arrival at the end of May 2025.

Since taking over the role, the Italian coach has become a central figure in strengthening Brazilian football, working closely with various areas of the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation) and building a relationship marked by shared identity, excellent work, and stability.

“ I arrived in Brazil a year ago. From the very first minute, I understood what football means to this country. For a year, we have worked to bring the Brazilian National Team back to the top of the world. But the CBF and I want more. More victories, more time, more work. We are pleased to announce that we will continue together for another four years. We will stay together until the 2030 World Cup. I want to thank the CBF for its trust. Thank you, Brazil , for the warm welcome and for all the affection ,” Ancelotti said.

The president of the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation), Samir Xaud, welcomed the renewal of Carlo Ancelotti’s contract and highlighted that the decision aligns with the organization’s sporting project for the coming years.

“ Today is a historic day for the CBF and for Brazilian football. The renewal of Carlo Ancelotti’s contract represents another step in our commitment to providing the five-time world champion national team with an increasingly solid, modern, and competitive structure. We work every day to keep  at the highest level of world football, paying special attention to the development of other national teams, competitions organized by the CBF, and strengthening clubs and federations across the country ,” Samir Xaud stated.
