Well, on Saturday, he struck out fourbatters just in the ninth inning to close out a save for the San Diego Padres against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Most baseball fans recognize that this is a possibility, but it's rare to see it actually happen.
It requires a dropped third strike at some point on which the batter reaches first base after strike three gets away from the catcher.

But on the strikeout with two outs, the ball got away, the batter reached, and the inning continued.
No problem, though -- Miller just struck out one more guy to end the game.
