PSG is officially the French champion after its win against Lens on Wednesday. After the match, Luis Campos discussed the Parisian transfer window.
Thanks to its win at Lens on Wednesday night in the rescheduled Ligue 1 Matchday 29 match, PSG won (0-2) and secured its 14th French league title.
The French capital club can now focus on the Champions League final against Arsenal on May 30. After the match on beIN SPORTS, PSG sports advisor Luis Campos spoke about the club's French league title.
"I am not going to talk much about the game. I want to congratulate my president, the entire club's management, my excellent coach, the players, all the fans, and all the Parisians. I think it is always an important title to be the French champion. I also take the opportunity to congratulate Lens, which has been a great opponent throughout the season."
"They had a magnificent season. They have a good team, a good coach. They were a very worthy opponent all season. I also think that after a complicated year with everything that happened with the TV rights, we saw an extraordinary season from my point of view in terms of soccer. Great teams, Monaco, Lille, Lens, of course, Lyon."
He added, "We saw great matches. Those who love soccer, this year can be very happy with everything that happened in France. Is PSG the favorite in the Champions League final? In a final, there is no favorite. I think our team has character and quality. And I am sure the coach will prepare all the players well for this final. He knows how to do it. I am confident, but at the same time, we are in a state of doing everything to reach the final in the best conditions."
Campos was also asked about the transfer market. And the Portuguese executive confirmed that it is on hold until the end of PSG's 2025-26 season.
"The transfer market? It is good for PSG because it means we are a great club that everyone wants to come to, or that everyone wants to use PSG's name in the market," he said.
Luis Campos discussed the transfer window and addressed speculation following PSG's recent league title win.

"We made a decision with the president and the coach, and our transfer business has been completely stopped for several weeks. We know very well who our targets are, but we have not moved an inch in the market. All the names that come out are just speculation."
Campos added, "Our intention is to arrive on the 30th with the team very motivated, everyone fully committed. Someone told me today: 'Before, this is a great victory for PSG, but now, it is also something that can make history for everyone. It is much bigger if we manage to do it.' Our intention is to arrive on the 30th in good shape. After that, we will see. We have in our minds what we want to do but we have not moved an inch."
