Jackson, 26, pleaded no contest to one felony count of battery with serious bodily injury, as well as personal infliction of great bodily injury and engaging in violent conduct. The plea agreement is expected to be finalized at next month’s sentencing and put Jackson in county jail for no less than 90 days, followed by two years of formal probation. In addition, Smith will be entitled to $81,703.38 in restitution fees.
