Based off last year's records, the Tennessee Titans face the eighth-easiest schedule in the NFL for 2026. But it's not exactly that easy. Teams get better and worse in the offseason. Take this into account and it's more likely the Titans will face a middle-of-the-road schedule in 2026.
ESPN's Mike Clay, for example, projects the Titans to face the 15th-easiest schedule, and Warren Sharp of Sharp Football Analysis projects the Titans with the 13th-easiest schedule.
Before the schedule is officially announced, let's breeze our way through the 14 opponents the Titans will play in 2026, ranked from worst to best, while keeping a close eye on their offseason changes.

A deep draft and a few plug-and-play free agents on the O-line are nice. But the Browns are still the Browns, and that QB room is still a mess.
This all depends on how good you think No. 1 draft pick Fernando Mendoza will be. But the Raiders spent big in free agency and have some nice offensive weapons for Mendoza to work with.
The Browns, but more extreme. Geno Smith is a depreciating asset at QB, but the rest of the Jets' roster is fairly solid.
Coach John Harbaugh has reconfigured this roster in his image, and the talent at the top is still impressive. Just not a lot of depth yet beyond the glut of pass rushers.
Don't forget how good this team was in QB Jayden Daniels' rookie year. Don't overstate it either. Washington has got real roster concerns, especially at the offensive skill spots.
So much of this depends on QB Daniel Jones' health. These Colts lost more talent than they brought in for 2026, but it's hard to ignore just how much this core over-performed in 2025 when Jones was healthy.
This passing offense is going to be a handful for the Titans' secondary. The Cowboys' defense isn't very scary on paper, though. That's how a team lands in the middle.
The Jaguars outplayed expectations in a big way last year. Free agent losses and questionable draft decisions make it hard to project a repeat performance, but this is still a good, well-rounded team.
If Aaron Rodgers doesn't come back, knock them down a few rungs. That's not to say Rodgers is still an MVP candidate. But with a capable, experienced QB ready to roll, the Steelers have a good enough squad to compete.
Never count out a team with a top-five quarterback in win-now mode. The Bengals are all-in on veteran talent to plug holes, and if Joe Burrow can actually stay on the field this year, this team should rebound nicely.
Isn't this a tough draw for the last-place NFC team the Titans have to play? The Lions are too talented to have a repeat of 2025, especially now that the O-line has been rebuilt and the offensive play calling seems steadier.
A.J. Brown or no A.J. Brown, the Eagles are still loaded. The pass rush should be better, the secondary should be deeper and the receiver room has three first-round talents without Brown.
It'll be mighty weird seeing Derrick Henry lace it up against the Titans. The fact that perennial MVP candidate Lamar Jackson has arguably his best supporting cast ever makes the weirdness a good bit scarier, too.
Sure, the Texans' offense is a bit one-dimensional. But with a defense like the Texans have, and with that perimeter talent insulating a still-weak-but-improving offensive line, this is a nightmare matchup for the Titans and the rest of the NFL.
