Veteran striker Jay Rodriguez and midfielder Andy Cannon will leave Wrexham when their contracts expire this summer.
One-cap England international Rodriguez, who will be 37 in July, and 30-year-old Cannon have been allowed to depart alongside youngsters Reuben Egan, Callum Edwards, Tom Kelly and Max Purvis.
"They are released with the club's sincere thanks for their efforts and contributions during their time at the football club," the Red Dragons said.
Wrexham have taken up an option to extend young defender Aaron James' contract until the summer of 2027.
Former Premier League player Rodriguez will bid farewell to Wrexham just over 15 months after joining from Burnley for an undisclosed fee.
He scored twice in 17 League One games to help Phil Parkinson's team secure promotion to the second tier in 2024-25, but made only seven substitute appearances in his one full season at Wrexham having missed the early stages of the campaign with an ankle injury.
Cannon scored 10 goals in 86 Wrexham games after joining the Welsh club from Hull City in December 2022.
