Only a few days away from draft night, Seahawks general manager John Schneider revealed his wish for the NFL Draft. Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team shared Schneider want's to trade down from No. 32, and that it's not a secret they have such wishes.

It's fascinating for the Seahawks to be so open about their intention with their first-round pick, especially since they aren't picking at No. 1 or near the top of the draft with a guarantee of a player making it to their pick.
The Seahawks are already hoping to make a trade come draft night to pick up extra ammo down the board. And fortunately, there should be an opportunity for a trade.
The 32nd pick will be the last selection in Round 1 to feature the highly coveted fifth-year option, and with the New York Jets at No. 33 potentially eyeing Ty Simpson, a team like the might pay a premium to jump the Jets for the Alabama quarterback.
