Rising star Rafael Jodar sets up blockbuster Jannik Sinner clash at Madrid Open
Rising star Rafael Jodar faces Jannik Sinner in Madrid Open quarter-finals!
The Oklahoma Sooners lead the SEC standings with a two-game advantage over Florida and Alabama. They can secure the SEC championship by winning two out of three games against Texas A&M this weekend.
SEC Standings heading into the final weekend
The Oklahoma Sooners are in a prime position to repeat as SEC champions heading into the final weekend. With Tennessee's win over Alabama on Monday night, the Sooners now hold a two-game lead over Florida and Alabama and a three-game lead over Texas, Texas A&M, and Tennessee heading into the final weekend.
If the Sooners win two out of three against Texas A&M, they'll win the SEC outright. Florida will need to sweep a top-15 Georgia team, and Alabama will need to sweep a South Carolina that just took two of three from the Aggies, to have a chance to overtake the Sooners in the standings. Texas plays Arkansas this weekend, and Tennessee will face Missouri. The Aggies' hopes of winning the conference rest on them sweeping the Sooners in College Station.
The Sooners haven't lost an SEC series this season, but take on a good Aggies lineup on the road. They control their own destiny but will have to take care of business in what could be a dramatic race to the finish this weekend.
Here's where the SEC standings sit heading into the final weekend of the regular season.
