Shedeur Sanders is once again slated to be in a hotly contested quarterback battle entering his second season in the NFL. Reports have suggested that the former Colorado star is falling behind veteran Deshaun Watson, and recent odds back that up.
FanDuel lists Watson, Sanders and fellow second-year signal caller Dillon Gabriel as the likeliest to win the Week 1 starter job. Rookie Taylen Green is very much a long shot to make the opening week start.

Still, the odds give Sanders a fairly reasonable shot at being the Browns' starting quarterback.
Sanders will have to show head coach Todd Monken and the Browns' brass that he is drastically better than Watson to earn the starting nod in Week 1. That process starts with training camp this summer, which all Buffs fans should be watching closely.
