A lot is at stake in Game 3 of the NBA Playoffs between the San Antonio Spurs and the Portland Trail Blazers. Scoot Henderson and Deni Avdija have found their footing which means they have the momentum. But, it looks like Coach Mitch Johnson will have to do without Victor Wembanyama again after they made a big injury decision just hours before the game.

Spurs rule Wembanyama out in Game 3 vs. Trail Blazers

The Spurs have made a big decision prior to Game 3 of their NBA Playoffs first-round series against the Trail Blazers. Victor Wembanyama has officially been ruled out. He is still going through concussion protocol, per Shams Charania of ESPN.

Notably, Coach Mitch Johnson and the Spurs saw Wembanyama hit his head hard in Game 2 of this series against the Trail Blazers. He was only able for 12 minutes and became unable to return for the second half of that NBA Playoffs game. Wembanyama was still able to put up five points, four rebounds, a steal, and a block before being helped to the locker room.
