Tennesseeās busy week will be headlined by one of the top guards in the transfer portal visiting Knoxville. Terrence Hill Jr. a 6-3 guard from VCU, will pay Tennessee a visit as the Volunteers continue to round their 2026-27 roster.
His visit is reportedly set for Wednesday and will follow Kansas. His trip to check out the Jayhawks is obviously a situation to monitor here.
Hill Jr. stands in at 6-3 and is coming off of his sophomore season with VCU. He averaged 15 points per game this season, which was his first as a major contributor. Hill shot 37 percent from three-point range, along with averaging 2.8 assists. He finished the season hot, scoring 34 points against North Carolina in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
Tennessee has already added two guards ā Belmontās Tyler Lundblade and Calās Dai Dai Ames. They also worked to bring back Troy Henderson, who will return for his sophomore season. Hill would solidify a really nice start at guard, with a maybe an addition or two left to round out depth.
The Volunteers have also added defensive-minded big man Miles Rubin, who will join DeWayne Brown in the frontcourt. Tennessee will obviously need a couple of more pieces there to round out that puzzle.
