The Minnesota Vikings have finalized a trade for offensive tackle Cam Robinson from the Jacksonville Jaguars, involving conditional draft picks for 2026. Robinson played 10 games for the Vikings before signing with the Houston Texans in free agency.
The Vikings only had Robinson for a handful of games before he signed in free agency with the Houston Texans. Because he did not satisfy the playing time requirements to trigger the draft pick, the Vikings did not end up with another seventh-round selection and instead gave a fourth-round pick to Jacksonville.
Robinson came to the Vikings in a pinch, but started 10 games for them down the stretch of the 2024 season as the team made the playoffs. While they lost in the Wild Card round to the Los Angeles Rams, the trade should be considered a success for them.
The Vikings received Cam Robinson and a 2026 conditional seventh-round pick, while the Jaguars received a 2026 conditional fifth-round pick.
Cam Robinson started 10 games for the Vikings in 2024, helping the team reach the playoffs before they lost in the Wild Card round.
The Jaguars used the fourth-round pick they received from the Vikings to trade for wide receiver Jakobi Meyers from the Las Vegas Raiders.
